This is a piece of software that gets innocently downloaded to your computer, usually, in the form of a cookie from your Internet Browser. It is used to track your Internet surfing habits by marketing companies but also can be used maliciously to steal your personal data. It can monitor your keyboard for when you type 16 numbers in a row assuming it may be a credit card number and then steal it and distribute it for illegal use. For a complete remote Spyware scan and removal we run a basic service for $35. For advanced issues we may need to stay connect for a while to perform a thorough cleaning which will be done on an hourly fee of $50/hr. Not to exceed $85.
